I then began an enlightening journey of learning methods of self awareness, discovering myself, and acknowledging a deeper understanding of what was happening within me.

I cherish this journey everyday of my life, and I honestly believe that those around me appreciate it too.

The most important thing that I have learnt, is that I am no longer a victim of my reality, and everything I do is now a conscious choice with self care and love for myself and those around me.

Alexandra Dendy I like the idea that what I've written is out there somewhere, and even if only a few listen to my words, I've made a difference. “Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe.”

“Go back and take care of yourself. Your body needs you, your perceptions need you, your feeling needs you. The wounded child in you needs you. Your suffering needs you to acknowledge it.”
Thich Nhat Hanh, Reconciliation: Healing the Inner Child

Thich Nhat Hanh
“When you plant lettuce, if it does not grow well, you
don't blame the lettuce. You look for reasons it is not
doing well. It may need fertilizer, or more water, or
less sun. You never blame the lettuce. Yet if we have
problems with our friends or family, we blame the other
person. But if we know how to take care of them, they will
grow well, like the lettuce. Blaming has no positive
effect at all, nor does trying to persuade using reason
and argument. That is my experience. No blame, no
reasoning, no argument, just understanding. If you
understand, and you show that you understand, you can
love, and the situation will change”
Thich Nhat Hanh
