Thomas Smak is a professional UX Writer living in the Detroit Metropolitan Area.

While sitting by himself at a diner in January 2004, he pulled out his journal and started brainstorming ideas for what would eventually become The Myths of Maudlin series. 17 years later, he finished writing his first novel, Where the Sky Children Fell.

Along with writing fiction, he enjoys Peanuts comics, synthesizers, video games, Settlers of Catan, making friends with bees, studying existential dread, hunting ghosts, and gardening with his wife.
