Advance Readers? Yes, please!
Do you love reading? Do you follow your favorite authors? Are you anxiously awaiting the newest release from a favorite author?
Have you ever heard of an ARC? As in, advance reader copy?
An advance reader copy is a copy of the book/story that the author releases to a select number of readers in the hopes that said readers will read the work, like it, and review it (ideally before release) to help generate interest in the book. Things like advance reviews also help search algorithms on Amazon, Google Play, and iTunes find readers who might also like the book based on their past reading trends and book purchases.
For myself, I have my short story, which will be published in From the Deep: A Fiction-Atlas Press Anthology available as an ARC right now. If you're a reader who wants to get a sneak-peek at one of the 14 tales in the anthology, feel free to email me at authorl.j.wynn[at]gmail.com. I'll send you the link to download the advance reader copy. Then you just read and review.

From the Deep: A Fiction-Atlas Press Anthology
I cannot tell you all how excited I am about this anthology!
My first published piece, "The Briny Deep," will be appearing in this anthology. There are 14 stories from 14 different authors/author duos, so you will have a chance to find some new authors to follow and read.
My own story follows a new adult who has decided to change her college major at the end of her junior year due to a massive ecological change in the Great Lakes water system. That catastrophic event leads Cal to probe the depths of her life that have remained hidden from her. Will she find the answers she is seeking, or will she be dragged down by all the things she doesn't know?
You should add From the Deep to your To Be Read list - I know it's on mine. I can't wait to read my fellow authors' stories.
