It received Honorable Mention Honors at the Hollywood Book Festival in general fiction.
When I went to editors to pitch my book they scoffed at the notion a book could be successful in more than one reading audience

I'm not going to lie, I had an emotional breakdown when I saw that my independently published book had made it on the list of runner's up at the prestigious NY Book Fair!
When you write and enjoy what you write, I think you automatically assume that only you will "get it" or "find it super funny".
Affirmation that the story you put into print is meaningful to others makes it all worth it.
I hope you find Mark of the Pteranodon funny, quirky, odd and kind of campy.
Please tell a friend who has a strange sense of humor about this book- we don't always know how to market to each other ;)
So now that I have this blog going, I think the next step would be to go through the inspirations for MOT- what made it come together.
