One for Sorrow – A Femme Fatale Prequel: A modern Greek myth retelling about the goddess Hera:

One for Sorrow – A Femme Fatale Prequel: A modern Greek myth retelling about the goddess Hera:
"Great Prequel

"My only main criticism with this book is that I really wanted Odette to get her revenge on Odysseus for what he did during the war. Obviously, this is the first book in the duology, and we don’t know what happens in book 2 yet, but at times this felt"

“Asphodel Meadows was like any other city earthside, with suburbs and shops, roads and roadkill. Rae was always amused when she saw a screech-owl lying in the road. They lay there for a moment, then sat up dazed, before they went to hunt down whatever idiot had run them over.”
