Rachel Nicole Edwards is a novelist from the Catawba Valley of Virginia. Her work strives to tell forgotten histories, blending historical fact with the wonder of fantasy. She hopes to connect with readers who are looking for something different: genre-blending stories, unforgettable characters, settings with a character of their own, and a voice rich with Celtic spirit.

Rachel holds a B.A. in Creative Writing from Hollins University, where she was awarded the Melanie Hook Rice Award in the Novel. She spent a semester abroad at University of Limerick, Ireland, researching the Irish culture, myth, and language so vibrantly portrayed in her novels.
