is 50% done with Lincoln at Gettysburg: This book came out in 1992, I bought it, put it on my book shelf but am just reading it now. Why Lincoln? He's probably the greatest most authentic speech writer in America.
I needed to immerse myself in beautiful language and democratic values and for that, Lincoln never disappoints. Lincoln cleanses the grim of the day to day politics of 2025. RM
