Hope J. Ine. is a girl born in Greece and raised in Germany, whose love for books inspired her to write hers during the pandemic as it was the only opportunity she had to devote herself to writing.
She enjoys writing dark romances with a lot of drama and is unashamedly addicted to alpha males, bad boys, and villains.
Depth is also something that defines her since she believes that when you close a book, you should be left with more than just the experience. When she is not writing or reading, she enjoys spending time with her family, and one of her biggest dreams is to travel the world with her man.
She resides in Thessaloniki, Greece, with her life partner and has a huge weakness for dogs as she currently owns an adorable pitbull.

First of all, let's start with: Bryce used to be one of my favorite SJM FMCs, but after this book her ranking dropped.

She made questionable choices, selfish one might say and trying to be 'Aelin' which in my opinion ruined her character development. Especially her treatment towards Hunt after what he's been through, and what he's lost made me angry at her so props to Hunt for actually putting up with this kind of behavior. He is truly her “mate”😅

As for Hunt and his origin, which has been a huge mystery to us for the last two books and there were also a lot of amazing theories on Booktok. That was my face after the reveal: 😒

Now let's go to my babies: Ruhn and Lydia.
I swear these two owned this book and I was waiting for their POVs. My heart broke for both of them, and I was so happy to see them grow after the events of CC2. Their relationship was beautifully crafted and I can say that their story was much better thought through.

I expected Ithan to stand up and it warmed my heart to see him become the man his brother would want him to be, and the same goes for Tharion who I would like to see more of and really experience his married life.

Since these two had no actual ending and it was pretty "open" I hope to see more of them. In SJM next book maybe?

Last but not least: THE Acotar crossover was everything. I loved seeing Nesta again, being the QUEEN that she is, and her bond with Azriel warmed my heart. I'm really looking forward to Acotar's next book. I also loved how SJM brought these two universes together and I'm really looking forward to seeing the impact of Bryce's visit and action in the world of Acotar.

I also didn't miss the "hints" of the TOG world. Lidiaaaaa *cough* *cough* or Wyrd=Urd :)

Overall, compared to CC1 & CC2, this book is easier to read as you know all the characters, the world, the magic system, and the history of every important person/item. It is beautifully bound.
Was it perfect; NO. But it was a nice conclusion to the series♥️ ...more "
