K. R. Simler's writing career started as a young teen sharing written stories with friends and family and eventually uploading them online, and the dream of being an author was born. Now she writes stories that transport her readers to far-off fantasy lands with swoony romances that often have a paranormal twist to them.

K. R. Simler resides in Colorado with her husband and their myriad of pets including dogs, chickens, and a cat, and stays busy with their daily adventures.
