Hi!

This is my first blog post here on my new website, if you are new to my website or don't know who I am, hello my name is Torrie, im a 22 year old writer, makeup artist and I guess some would say tiktoker. I'm born and raised in Newcastle upon Tyne and I'm also a forensic psychology major.

Growing up I've always been a bit of a nerd, while most girls wanted pretty dresses, bratz and barbies, I was asking my parents for Star Wars items such as a lightsaber, a millennium falcon and the figurines. At parties when there was a face painter, instead of butterflies and pretty things I asked for Darth Maul, cause he at the time was my favourite Star Wars character.

Obviously that obsession then lead into marvel which is where my content is mainly based on Tiktok and instagram. Make sure your following me on both @torriemaryjones

This blog will mainly be posting book reviews, updates on my book The Lies We Tell which comes out May 28, 2022 and just a general chit chat. Lets call this blog 'Talks with Trouble.'

Since this is gonna be my last post of 2021 I wanted to wish you all a happy safe and healthy new year! Lets make this one the best yet!
