Born and raised in France, Marina R.B has been writing stories since the age of six.

At the age of seventeen, she decided to try her luck and moved to London. Her filmmaking degree in hand, she returned to France after spending 5 years in the UK, but London was always beckoning. At the end of 2019 she decided to move back to London and through the whole of 2020, she would work on editing Crystal Tear, which she had started writing when she was sixteen.

Over the years, she had learnt to speak and write in English, and it naturally came to her to translate it because it no longer felt right to have her writing in French and gradually, she started writing everything in English. At the end of 2020, she had finished the re-writing and editing of
