 Hey, Everyone! I know it has been some time since my last blog post, but here I am with another update. 

First of all, a new series has been released!! On October 31, 2023, the entire Crimson Church trilogy was released on amazon for all paperback, hardcover, and ebook formats, as well as made accessible for free through a Kindle Unlimited subscription. If you're a fan of grim dark fantasy, then buckle down because it's bloody, heavy, and riddled with gray morality and the difference of good vs evil from multiple perspectives of desperate mortals placing their faith in higher powers which sometimes can be devious! 

The Crimson Church and The Grim Hunt all take place in the same fantasy world, and I am currently knee deep in the trenches of writing the third series. At the moment, I am nearing the end of the first draft for the first book of an expected trilogy which will also take place in the same fantasy world, only with a cast of characters separate from the two previously mentioned stories. Although I can't be completely certain, I am tentatively aiming for a release of the entire series sometime late 2025. 

I have been very active in my personal life as well, placing 2nd in the PBJJF US National Jiu Jitsu Championship, and currently training for the upcoming PAN-American Championship. A lot of my free time has been devoted to these athletic pursuits. Additionally, I am collaborating with some really close friends of mine to start up our own podcast sometime in the near future!! Keep a look out for that and tune in!

 THE GRIM HUNT IS COMPLETE!!! 

Okay everyone, I know it has been a while since my last blog post, but this is a good one which I hope makes up for my absence! The series is complete! All 5 books of The Grim Hunt are available on Amazon in paperback and hardcover formats, as well as the ebook on Kindle. Additionally, the entire series can also be read for free through Kindle Unlimited!! 

As for my next project, I also have more good news. The entire next trilogy is written, and has been off with a group of beta readers for the past month. Currently, the entire series is planned to be released later this October of 2023, so more content is definitely on the way! Furthermore, I plan to continue getting ahead of the curb this next week and begin writing the next trilogy following this next upcoming one (don't worry, with so many series coming out so quickly it confuses me sometimes too haha)! And I will also be attending this year's Washington DC AwesomeCon as an exhibiting author, so feel free to stop by and meet me!

Though I have taken about 2 weeks to rest and decompress from writing the trilogy coming later this October, my work pace is about to resume to normal to make sure I am providing good reading content for you all at a quick pace. And for you all to be informed, here is my current plan: 

- begin writing the third series
- AwesomeCon June 16-18, 2023
- receive feedback from beta readers and edit the second series until finished
- continue writing the third series while waiting for my cover designer
- releasing the second series this coming October 2023

 WINTER OF CONTEMPT IS HERE!!! 

I hope all is going well, and I wish you all happy holidays! And as my Christmas Gift to all of you, The Grim Hunt: Winter of Contempt is now fully available in ebook, paperback, and hardcover on amazon and is available for Kindle Unlimited! 

Otherwise, The Grim Hunt 4 and 5 are pretty much done, and I am just waiting for the covers. And I am currently writing the first draft of book 2 in my next series. My work is coming along extraordinarily fast, and I am working long days do accomplish it! So don't worry, there shouldn't be a long wait between this series and the release of the next.

 Alright, book 3 of the grim hunt is officially complete and formatted! All there is to do now is wait for my turn in my cover designer's waitlist! Once I get the cover art, the book will be made available across the amazon store. 

And are you ready for this title reveal?? Book 3 of the Grim Hunt will be titled: WINTER OF CONTEMPT!!! 

I hope this update finds you well, and I would just like to take a moment to express my gratitude for everyone who has taken the leap of faith in reading my books! I am pumping them out as quickly as I can. And let's not forget that books 4 and 5 are also going to release TOGETHER sometime early this 2023!

 Hey, Everyone! 

I would just like to let everybody know that the first book to the next series has been completely written! 

What's next? Well, I am going to shift gears for a few days and get The Grim Hunt book 3 refined into its final draft and formatted so that it is all ready for publication. Then it is just a waiting game as I progress through my cover designer's waitlist. Again, book 3 will be coming sometime either late December 2022 or certainly January 2023! The title reveal is coming soon, and the cover reveal is coming sometime before the official release! And I will be posting an official release date sometime in the nearing future! 

After this, I am hoping to write the second book of the next series before I need to shift gears back to The Grim Hunt book's 4 and 5. It took me about 30 days of writing to complete the first book, so I'm going to plan on a similar timeframe for the second book. Don't worry - I am working as hard as I can to ensure there isn't much waiting time between The Grim Hunt 5's release and the release of the next series as a whole. MORE PROGRESS UPDATES TO COME :)    

On a different note, I am going to be doing an ENTIRE MONTH OF DEALS ALL OCTOBER LONG for Halloween! Keep your eyes peeled for price promotions, an end of the month giveaway, and a certain 2nd book becoming available on Kindle Unlimited ;)

 Alright, it's been a bit since my last update. Well, first off, I recently moved across the country, so there was a little while when I was busy and unable to write very much. But nevertheless, the first book of the next series is almost completely written. I just have two chapters to go, and I'll turn my focus back to The Grim Hunt for a little bit after that's finished. 

Don't forget, book 3 of The Grim Hunt is coming this January 2023, and books 4 and 5 are coming around this February/March 2023. I don't have exact dates for them, but more information is to come. 

The next update:

With the fifth and final book of The Grim Hunt coming, I (obviously) have begun shifting gears into my next series. Now, something I am doing differently is whereas The Grim Hunt books all have their own plots with an overarching plot spanning across the five books, the next series (a trilogy) will have one main plot spanning across them with much more focus. So with this being said, I am planning on writing all three books of the series and will edit them all as a series at once considering how it is one whole story broken and split apart into three parts. 

"What does this mean?" you might ask. Well, after book 5 of The Grim Hunt, it may be a while before anything new is released as I have to write three whole books (and will hopefully publish them all in rapid succession as a series as well). Now with this being said, the third book in The Grim Hunt isn't even out yet and I am almost finished writing the first book of the next series. So, how long of a wait will there be between the two series'? I can't say for sure, but I will say that it SHOULD be within a year's time of The Grim Hunt book 5's release, but certainly it is too soon for me to make any promises on that timeline. 

In the meantime, I hope this update instills some confidence that although my work pace may have slowed a bit these last two weeks or so, it will soon be back to normal (if not increased) now that my cross-country move is complete.

 Hey Everyone, 

This update is rather special, but also different. The editing of the final draft of The Grim Hunt book 3 has been rather slow, mostly because I know I have a while before it needs to be done so I am taking my time and dividing it out across a bit of time. Also, the editing of books 4 and 5 haven't started as they are still in the review phase. 

But this update is still exciting, and here's why: I am approximately halfway or more along in writing the first draft of the first book in the next series taking place in the country to the west of Drakolav in The Grim Hunt, and thus, expanding my world! The writing has been coming along very naturally and very quickly, and I am having an absolute BLAST writing this new story! My cast of characters (currently) may be smaller, but I feel that I have done a much better job at developing them and giving them realistic depth! And with there being a smaller cast of characters, I have been able to focus more intently on the characters I have made, making them much more relatable, likeable, and much easier to root for and for readers to form a much deeper connection with!  Plus it also helps that this next series is taking much more of a grim dark fantasy tone, which is my real passion! 

I can't wait to share this project with you! This new series is planned to be a trilogy, so not as long as The Grim Hunt but certainly no less interesting, that's for certain! I am working extremely hard and diligently to try and release new content within the interconnected series' of a story I am trying to tell in a timely manner so none of you have to wait all too long, and I believe I am working fast enough to keep up with that objective of mine. Anyways, with that, I'll leave you until the next update.

 Hey Everyone, I have a short but entirely epic update for y'all! 

The first draft of The Grim Hunt's fifth and final book is COMPLETE!!!  

But that's not all... 

Book three is releasing January 2023, and BOTH books four and five are releasing March 2023, almost a year to the date from when Crown of Madness released!! 

I am so excited to see this series come together! And with that quick newsflash, I'll leave you until the next update! It's time for me to get back to the grindstone, polishing up books three through five, as well as maybe getting started on the next series in the story ;)

 Today, I've got three small but exciting updates for y'all. 

First, in light of my first book, Crown of Madness, being in the running for 2022's SPFBO book competition, I am "trying" to work on getting the third Grim Hunt book out faster for everyone! I cannot guarantee anything, but I am looking to see if it would be possible for the third book to come out before January 2023. I'll see what happens with my efforts, and I'll inform everyone on this in a future update as to when book three's official release will be. 

Second, the next draft of book four is complete!! I am so excited to see my work coming along at such an incredible pace! I do not have an official (or even a vague) release date set for this book, but just know that it is nearing its final stages to completion! 

Lastly, I am about halfway writing through writing the fifth and final book of the Grim Hunt!! Now, I must admit that I had already written a decent amount in chunks here and there over the past few months when I had less writing time in an attempt to work ahead, but nevertheless, the book's first draft is "about" half complete. And for those who are disappointed because they didn't get a copy of Mystical Genesis before I made the difficult choice of unpublishing it, don't worry, it will play a major role in this final book in the series with developing Nicolette's prelude-history and her motivations for her goals and character arc in this fifth book! 

Updates aside, I hope everyone is enjoying books one and two! Though I am proud of Crown of Madness, I truly had an absolute blast writing Binding of Souls (which might be turning out to be my personal favorite of the series, though all of the books are still great)! Binding of Souls was difficult to write, and I had to rewrite many portions of it, but I think it is an absolute masterpiece, and I don't care if I'm biased about it!

Hey, Everyone, 

I am making a bit of a difficult choice. With the recent completion of the latest draft of The Grim Hunt book 4, I have begun writing the first draft of the 5th and final book in the series. As I am writing and outlining where the story will go (and ultimately finish), I can't help but wonder if Nicolette's backstory should be something that I include in the book for more depth, development, and motivation of Nicolette's character doing what she is. This being said, I don't want to jipp anyone of having her short story, Mystical Genesis, more or less copied and pasted into the book - I feel that wouldn't be fair to any readers who have purchased her story to have to more or less pay for the final book and have essentially purchased it again. Plus the main books are what's most important - not some side novella venture within the series explaining the backstory to such an important and influential character. 

So, what's the difficult choice I'm making, you might ask... I am (for the time being) unpublishing The Grim Hunt: Mystical Genesis novella from Amazon until I can come to a more heavily considered conclusion as to whether Nicolette's story should be implemented into the final book or if it should remain as it is. And luckily, because I am showing to be a fast writer, not many people have actually purchased and/or read the novella, making it really convenient to make this decision at this time, and I do apologize to the few people who have bought it. 

All I am trying to do is what is best by my books and my characters, and by extension, you, my treasured readers! Anyways, until the next update!
