Anna Voloshyna is a Ukrainian-born chef, food writer, and cookbook author based in California. She is the author of BUDMO!: Recipes from a Ukrainian Kitchen and the new UKRAÏNE: Recipes and Stories from Kyiv to the Black Sea. For UKRAÏNE, Anna spent three years traveling and researching across the country, documenting regional recipes, traditions, and the people who keep them alive. Her work has appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post, Food & Wine, and other publications.
