A new short story today for Legends and Assorted Tales. The Passersby is loosely based on an old episode from the Twilight Zone. It's set in Virginia in 1865 as the end of the Civil War.

About a year ago I started my journey into the world of writing and fiction. Most who know me can tell you I am a lover of history. In fact I taught history for about eighteen years in colleges and high schools. No surprise most of what I've read is non-fiction.
Now things have changed quite a bit. I no longer teach history, and I write. These days I write anything from mysteries and crime thrillers to horror and scifi.
I have at least three books in various stages of complettion. I hope to release the next one early next year and another one in the fall.
In between, I plan to post here and the various other places where you can find my work. Check them out and I hope you enjoy them.
