Another great mystery by Dervla McTiernan. I was so invested in these characters that I couldn't put the book down. Literally. People always say page-turner but I was up all night reading, telling myself one more chapter. One more chapter became two or three until my eye lids got droopy and my wife had to put the book away because I fell asleep with it on my chest. If you are as big a fan of Dervla McTiernan or new to her writing you will not be disappointed in this exciting new book!

I have been on goodreads since 2018 my profile says, but I have just started my author page. All the wonderful books and authors I have read over the years have disappeared from my shelves and I will slowly add them again one at a time while I sit at my desk to write. There are so many great indie authors out there right now. An amazing amount of great authors who are taking the time to not only write their books but have them edited and beta read and having the arduous task of covers being made to fit their story. I am privileged to be among them, to be invited into this community where there is so much support for one another. So, here I am again as I said, for the first time. As I say in 396, 'Welcome Home'

And by the way, why is there no bloody italics button????
