professional life working as an industrial engineering manager, value stream manager, and operations excellence consultant for multinational companies in the Automotive, Railway, Energy, and Optics industries. Spending over 15 years in Germany, 20 years in Brazil, and 5 years in China he has led manufacturing projects in a dozen countries in Europe, America, and Asia.
