M.De.Carvalho has spent years in Fortune 100 companies climbing the ladder of executive leadership. However, in 2012 he suffered a deep fall that changed his life forever. He experienced burnout. Since then, has spent 10 years researching the topic in order to help prevent others from facing it.

He believes that everything that happens in our lives is put there as opportunities for us to evolve in the path of living a life of plenitude.

Born in São Paulo, Brazil, M.DE.CARVALHO, at a very young age, believed in paying forward all the goodness that he had received in life.

Inspirational, intriguing. This book helped to change how I see situations in life, especially during dificult ones.
