C.S. Harwell is an Ohio native with a macabre obsession with true crime. She grew up all over the United States and Europe, but she now lives in Arizona's high desert with her wonderful and stoic husband and two high-energy rescue dogs. She thoroughly enjoys avoiding the winter weather.
