My new Myth/Fantasy Romance
We Indians are very connected to our myths & legends and mythological stories and we female readers are very interested in reading fantasy & paranormal romances. So, I thought why only stories of Vampires, werewolves, fae & witches...why not Indian supernatural, mythological or paranormal elements and romance/adventure stories based on them. So, this is my new WIP....it's a Indian mythology/fantasy Romance. This is the blurb for you......
The Mighty and terrible Asuras of the hell dimension Patala and the Mystical magical Gandharvas of the heavenly realm of Gandharva Lok have always been sworn enemies.
The Asuras are despised and feared by everyone due to their great strength & magical powers but above all their cruelty towards other living beings and also because of their ambitious attempts to capture the world.
The Gandharvas are a peaceful, fun-loving, mischievous clan of people from the heaven realm. But, when their peace is threatened, they became formidable deadly foes, whom few could face. Given the fact that each Gandharva was a natural born warrior and magic weilder, there were only a handful of other supernatural beings capable of facing them.
The Asur King Bhikshan following his father's dream of having the Asuras rule over the entire world, plans to attack Gandharva as a first foothold into the heavenly realm. But his plan gets waylaid, when on the way to Gandharva, he accidentally happens to see the ethereally beautiful Gandharva Princess Sumati and immediately loses his demon heart.
What will Bhikshan do now? Should he give up on his father's dream of making the Asuras rule the world? Or, should he try to pursue his futile love for the enemy's daughter?
Is such a love even possible and would it have a happy ending.....
Loosely based on Indian Myths & Supernatural elements.
Do let me know your opinion about the plot and whether it seems interesting enough....will love to get a feedback.

"Hail crazy impulsive delusions of the fertile mind!"
This is a quote I made very impulsively, while discussing how creativity works to a 'young and impressionable' mind. But, once I created the quote "Hail crazy impulsive delusions of the fertile mind!"
