Independent Bookstores

Hello everyone,

I have been working hard with trying to get The Assassin Trials in more bookstores. Right now, I have an author event coming in Doylestown Bookshop in 2027. They have offered to sell my book online as well.

If you would like to purchase from independent bookstores, the link for Doylestown can be clicked here or on the picture below.

Where would you like to see a physical book in store next?

Author Updates

Hello everyone,

Last week, I made an update blog about my personal life. Now, I would like to update you on what I am doing as an author. Keep in mind, I love writing and being an author, but my current job as a teacher takes priority over writing. This ideology will most likely last unless my author career takes off. However, being an author and sharing what I write is something that is super important to me. Writing I'm writing in Word some story ideas and fleshing out drafts.

Works:Last installment to Poster series Editing Editing probably takes me the most amount of time with my books. How I personally edit is I'll look through the book with a onceover, after I'll see suggestions that Word or Google Docs suggests to me. After editing twice, I put my story in Grammarly and look at their suggestions. After I'm done editing with Grammarly, I will put the story into a voice generator to read to me. It is easier for me to hear if a sentence sounds weird when it is being read to me. After all of that editing, I will send it to an official editor or my mom.

Works:Sequel to The Assassin Trials - Grammarly editingStand-alone - Onceover Formatting After editing, I format the book to fit the needs of KDP, IngramSpark, and Draft2Digital. Once formatted correctly, I send it to a professional to change it to proper ebook formatting. I may also be waiting for covers if I feel I do not do it justice.

Works:First installment of new series Submitting Once the book is edited and formatted correctly, I start submitting to Agents. This is a long and lengthy process that has me met with a lot of rejection. Even after publication, I continue to send to agents.

Works:2 unpublished booksWantedThe Assassin Trials So while I have been slacking on doing some of my author duties, I have a lot going on. Let me know what you're most excited to see.

Life Update: 2nd Semester of Master's Program

Hello everyone,

Long time, no see. I realize that I haven't been writing and editing my books as must as I should. With that, I have also not been updating my website and writing a quick blog post to update you all. For that, I am sorry. Life has been getting in the way and there some major updates about my life that I would like to include!
First, I just finished my second semester for my master's program. For this, I had 2 classes: School Law for Principals and Evaluation of Educational Programs. Both of these classes will help me get certified to be a school principal. I most enjoyed my law class in which I have been updated about the ins-and-outs of different laws. A cool saying or motto that was brought up was "Not knowing the law is not an excuse to break it." For my evaluation program, my project for the semester was to redo and evaluate our physical education program which took a lot of time out of me. However, I think my school is improved because of it.

Besides my master's program occurring, I also continued my teaching profession. I still teach math for middle school and do after school clubs for my students. I have taken on a larger role as I am doing a Gaming Club, Culinary Club, and Theater Club for younger students and my older ones. I am having a blast with these as well!

Aside from that, I am also trying to become more active in the gym. Although, I have yet to start that. I want to wait until January or February to begin my journey to losing weight. While I am waiting on that, I have applied to be part of a theater group's technical team. I also plan on going to my FIRST audition since I was younger for One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest. Wish me luck as I feel very out of touch of things I might need to do for my audition.

What have you been up to since I last updated everyone?

Monthly Reading Wrap-Up: November 2025

Hello,

Long time, no see! With the school year starting and my master's program continuing, I have found it extremely hard to keep up with my blog and reading. I have realized that I haven't posted a Monthly Reading Wrap-Up since August. While I have found time to read more than I been updating, I wanted to also note that I have been getting books from the library. The books from the library are a priority for me to read so they've been skipping ahead of the books I own.

I hope you enjoy and that I start to update my website more.
