Zack Bel (they/them) writes about fairies, gothic houses and breathtaking romances in quirky small towns and the hauntingly beautiful Australian bush.

Based in far south Australia, Zack has a B.A in Publishing & Writing, and concocts their fantastical stories with occasional input from a menagerie of pets and house plants.

Zack grew up on a farm in the bush, found a love of reading early on, and a fascination with fairy stories not much later. Their books explore their beloved home of Australia, the gothic beauty of its landscape, and sex positivity and queer representation.
