Robin has served across the function of HR, including as Chief Human Resources Officer. This gave her a tremendous opportunity to impact the lives of employees at organizations such as General Electric, Citigroup, Honda, Symantec, Infosys, USAA, and Benefitfocus.

Burnout is Blinding

Burnout is blinding.

When I was 42, I was in the grip of soul-crippling burnout and thought it was normal.

I was in HR, so I knew all the stats.

77% of us, according to Deloitte, are experiencing burnout.

Normal, right?

Wrong. While it is common, it is definitely not normal and not how it should be.
