Frog Music Trailer Reveal
Hi booklovers,
I’m deeply excited to debut the trailer for my new novel Frog Music . It was quite a process sourcing the right images to evoke the 1870s freewheeling California world of burlesque dancer Blanche, crossdressing Jenny and their bohemian associates, but I’m so happy with the result. I strongly believe trailers should whet appetites for novels without summarizing them, and HarperCollins Canada (who won a book-trailer award for their animated short about Room, here) are masters of this modern craft.
Please give the
Frog Music
trailer a spin when you get the chance, and I do hope you enjoy its dark yet irreverent flavor as much as I do. You can watch it here. As an extra bonus, if we get 7,500 people to add the book to their “Want to Read” shelf, I will give away 5 signed hardcover copies! My apologies, this giveaway will be open to Canadians only.
Warm wishes,
Emma
