My characters are born from real-life tragedies...
My characters are born from real-life tragedies. From attempted aggravated kidnapping, coercion and forced confinement to sexual harassment from a notable singer, therapy for me was simply placing a pen in my hand which later became a keyboard beneath my fingers. That's why I choose to let time and storytelling do the unveiling—because some truths demand the right moment and when that moment comes, I won’t hesitate to name names with receipts. Life sometimes unfolds like a stage drama, much like The Oresteia by Aeschylus or The Crucible by Arthur Miller.
When I first heard Rich Spirit by Kendrick Lamar, the lyrics, “Stop playin’ with me ‘fore I turn you to a song,” resonated deeply. Go ahead, one of our own—disrespect my father on his deathbed as you’ve disrespected me. Be racist too. I haven’t seen or spoken to you in years. Who are you to act this way at this time? Your day will come when I let my words do the work. Your actions will never be forgotten. Eminem said it best: “My words are weapons.” My work may not be Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar, but it’s as contrasting—good and evil, evil and eviler, mankind and humanity, conformity and condescension. Thank you, Jamaican model who paved the way for diversity in the fashion industry, for allowing me as a photographer to photograph you on your motorcycle in a public setting. But the moment you discovered I planned to display the image in my own art show, you wanted to cause me harm. And then there was the envy of a Korean artist—unsettled that a photo I took with him at an event was garnering more attention to me than him online such as on Daum. The response? Harassment from his entertainment company.
Physically and figuratively, I gained valuable lessons from the hatred of others. I can’t speak on everything at this time, but podcasters and streamers play a part in the hatred. I learned also that when misogyny is discussed, people listen—it has a daily platform as well as manufactured misogyny. A lesson “Karen Zoom” has yet to grasp, as I voiced in The Craigslist Model—but then again, monsters never recognize themselves as monsters such as the misandry that happened last month on the Whatever podcast between Andrew Wilson and Prisillygoose. So what about misandry? Well, who listens to that? A small handful, sadly. And love—what about love? I love to write. Even when I don’t feel like it, I need to. I have to. Um, what about love, seriously? The world needs love. I miss Kimberly Agront. She was love and she was a wonderful friend. She took her own life in 2016 and ever since, I’ve never been the same—just different. I felt drawn to the same path around that time—not for the usual reasons, but because I didn’t believe the world deserved someone like me. I wanted to escape the cuts of the quicks from all of you. Deep down, I know Kimberly wouldn’t have wanted that. I mentioned at the start that my characters are born from real-life tragedies. But they are also born from love. Love the world had never seen bloomed when a mother carried fraternal twins, Akeneta and Innuendo. Today, on April 30, 2025, for the first time as an author, I’m releasing two books simultaneously—Akeneta and Akeneta 2. Available now on Amazon. I hope you will check them out. These new works I leave behind for the world after I’m gone, carrying messages I hope to share with future generations.

Too much sex and nightmares
I PROMISE A WONDERFUL TIME TO ESCAPE REALITY. Like a pizza pie, each book is a slice. With two more books coming, Down Bad Badly in 2024 and The Nightmare Players in 2025, this year is the best time to catch up on the first three published in this Direct Message Series; The Craigslist Model, Sub To Ego and The Name Game. Available where books are sold. Although they don’t have the usual book format, the true reason why will be revealed in the next release, but I also wanted to do something different. Mix art with writing, if you will. With a bubbling under connective plot that is soon about to rear its ugly climatic head, the chess pieces have been set for a powerful ride to the big finale.
