Creating your small groups

Dividing a class into small groups might seem overwhelming at first to many teachers. How to group students and what to teach the different groups can be daunting questions. However, once teachers become familiar with the how-to’s of small-group instruction, they come to find that the ability to work with small groups of students at their instructional levels is invaluable in improving reading skills.
