I live in North Essex and am married to Steve (who bears sole responsibility for encouraging me to publish my stories), I have two children and a “Jug” dog who is my constant ‘writing companion’. I enjoy dancing whenever I can, studying esoteric principles, gardening, and of course, like any self-respecting author, I spend as much time reading as I can possibly spare!

I published my first novel, ‘The Point of Me’, Book One in the ‘Beyond Veils’ series, in 2017 which achieved best seller in 14 online categories across the UK, US, Canada and Australia; a very happy moment for me.

I keep my notes of story arc close to hand and keep in mind the emotions that I want to describe. If I get totally stuck, I remember to write from where I am. So I might begin to describe scenarios that are in the environment around me, using them in the story, and before long I find that I'm off and typing!(less)

I am also a bit of a control freak, so to be in control of characters' destinies is great fun. The process of creation and telling the story that is in my head is a huge privilege for me.(less)
