Harry Fuller Atwood, LLB (Chicago School of Law, 1898; LLB, Illinois College of Law, 1898; Ph.D., University of Chicago, 1897) was a lawyer and authority on the United States Constitution. He was a member of the First Illinois Cavalry during the Spanish–American War.
