Spiritual teacher, author, and CDM founder, Mary Ellen Flora, has been sharing her insight on spirituality since 1976 through her books, guided meditations, classes and presentations.

Mary Ellen is an advocate of the use of daily meditation and has taught thousands of people to enrich their lives by using the spiritual techniques presented throughout her published works. Flora’s introductory books and guided audio meditations, The Key Series, are a four-part collection that act as guides to the simple spiritual concepts that are a baseline through all her written works. Subjects ranging from Meditation, Healing, Chakras to Clairvoyance are explored with a broad perspective while also distilling these topics into simple, practical techniques that can be used in quiet meditation and daily life.

The Energy Series, another collection of four books, focuses on the various energies available for spiritual creativity on planet Earth. Male and Female Energies, Cosmic and Earth Energies and Kundalini are all examined with great enthusiasm and insight, allowing the reader to learn about and use each one in order to get more in touch with their spiritual nature.

Mary Ellen currently resides in the Pacific Northwest of the United States where she continues to write, host online classes, and lead online guided meditations – all of which explore the spiritual concepts and techniques included throughout her works.
