Tim Bryant worked in arts administration then marketing communications until a life-altering injury threw him into writing novels.

His first novel, Blue Rubber Pool, was published in 2018. His second, The Bird in Your Heart: A Carolina Sea Island Story, came out in 2023. His third will be published by Unsolicited Press in 2026, and a fourth is in the works.

Bryant writes stories set in the coastal South with protagonists seeking redemption—souls struggling between the forces of good and bad within the context of Southern culture and tradition.

Now living in rural South Carolina, he keeps a small vineyard, peach trees, and a rescue pup named JD. His big sailboat, however, had to be left behind.
