It is a pragmatic, evidence - based predictive analytics approach to simplifying, interpreting, severity - grading and visually reporting complex care patient's most critical, high value, Risk "Trigger Signal" Patterns to clinical providers to assist them avert Diagnostic and Medication Adverse Events early in the patient encounter, before treatment is prescribed.
