Hi, I'm K. E. Young, I was born in the small town of Duncan Oklahoma in 1982 to Lori and Bobby Young, I was raised in Duncan until I turned 6 which is when my mom's second husband moved the entire family to the small town of Dayton, TN. I grew up in the hills spending most of my time lost in my imagination playing in the woods behind our house. I was always a bit of an odd ball in school and never really fit in. At 18 I had my first daughter, at 19 I married for the first time and had two other children with him. One daughter and a child that is now nonbinary. After my nonbinary child was born, I decided I was better off going at it alone. I was single for five years before I met my second Husband who gave me a son, we were together for 11+ years before we split due to terrible circumstances. I am now a single mom raising the 2 that are still under 18 and working a full-time job. I did change my name from my married name to my maiden name. I don't plan on ever getting remarried and I'm not having any more kids so It's time for me to focus on my writing and dream of being able to live comfortably writing for a living, or at least not ever giving up on the idea of being able to do so.
