Heal yourself from the worryvirus
You don’t need to turn on the news to know how scary and stressful these days are for the entire planet. We’re all living it in real-time. The Coronavirus is spreading rapidly with growing numbers and multiplying indiscriminately from one community to the next.
No borders, no discrimination. People of all ages are dying. And along the way, the virus is shutting down cities, overwhelming hospitals, and health officials, and all while wreaking havoc on our global economic stability. And the worst part is, no one knows when this pandemic will end, or what our lives will look like when it’s over. There is no timeline, no vaccine, and no near end in sight. There is only uncertainty, which leads to fear and worry.
Unfortunately, all these worries are making matters much worse than they could have been.
But there is also hope. I genuinely believe this. The virus is a master teacher. In fact, I believe if we can overcome our fears and worry, we can take this challenging moment in history and transform it into something that just might illuminate the world and change it forever (for the better).
But we must heal ourselves — not just from the Coronavirus — but from WorryVirus.
Yes, worry is just as deadly a pandemic (maybe more). Worry and fear rob us of a meaningful life. It keeps us blocked from the Present Moment — and not only from joy and happiness, but from peace, and all the truth and wisdom we need to get through these challenging times. Fear is a frozen state that keeps us locked in the past — wishing for the way things were. Fear also keeps us locked in the future — hoping or dreading the way things might end up. We must heal ourselves from worry so that we may boldly and creatively face the challenges the world is going through today. We must also heal ourselves from fear so that we may come face to face with the truths that come from living a spiritual life.
How do we do this?
Well, we certainly can’t deny the physical reality of this pandemic. We must face what lies ahead with our eyes wide open. We must remain vigilant and smart, and then individually and collectively do our part to end this virus. We must stay in place, practice social distancing, wash our hands, boost our immune systems, and take the necessary precautions to prevent spreading. This must be our unwavering mission.
However, there is so much more we can do. We can take responsibility for our consciousness and begin to heal the WorryVirus that lives within.
We can start by remembering that we are spiritual beings who are here on Earth so that we may grow and evolve our consciousness. This is key. Unfortunately, the only time our planet digs deep into our true Divinity is when we come face to face with enormous and often life-threatening challenges. But that is life. Either way, this moment in time is our opportunity to go deeper — to start asking who we are, why we are here, and how we can know God more closely.
The way to heal ourselves from worry is to recognize our true Divinity and welcome our spirituality, which is, and always has been, the channel that will take us out of the darkness and toward the light.
The way to heal ourselves from worry is to also practice gratitude (especially in challenging times). The virus has brought us a lot of blessings, some of them we are just starting to see and appreciate. Fish are swimming in clear waters in Venecia. More whales and dolphins are appearing across multiple oceans. Pigs are playing on the streets of Italy. Deers on the boardwalk in Israel.
The Universe is slowing down. People are slowing down. We’re kinder. And there is much more love and compassion in the world today. We are each taking a new look at the world around us. Most importantly, we are starting to reevaluate what is important in life.
And what is important in life is that we are not our bodies or the viruses that may or may not run through our bodies. We are part of a deeper Divinity. What we have been given today is a wake-up call for us to stop — live in the Moment — and realize who we are.
There are those in the world today who will say that we are in the middle of a war right now. Of course, it is a completely different war than what we are used to. There are no tanks and bullets, no airplanes, or armies. This is a biological war. But, more than that, it is also a war for our spirit. Our soul. For what we believe. This is a time in our lives (an opportunity really) when we have to take responsibility for our creations, and for us to realize how powerful we are. This is our moment to show God that we believe and trust. And, I know once we stop engaging with the fear, we can then begin to reverse this virus.
Yes, my friends, a miracle is about to happen. Healing is coming. Positive change is just around the corner. When, and how fast this will happen? It’s up to us.
You and I must first do our part. We must each take care of our body, mind, and spirit. We must allow ourselves to relax, breathe, and trust — to let go of our worry once and for all. We must erase those replaying memories, surrender, and love.
And when we do, we can sit back and allow God to do his thing.
Say “I love you” to the virus and your fears. Show the other cheek. Remind yourself that what we resist, persists.
And, please, do not believe everything you hear! Beathe! Trust! The world will never be the same, and you will be witness to all the amazing and positive changes that are coming our way. Things you could have never imagined possible will finally happen.
Be ready for some miracles.

We are all God's children
“Sometimes the things we can’t change end up changing us instead.” — Unknown
I have traveled the globe many times — enough to know that the world comes in many shapes, colors, and sizes. We are all different, especially when it comes to our children.
If you follow me at all, you already know that children hold a deep and special place in my heart. You know that I see children as more than our future but the very heart and soul of who we are. They are our greatest teachers and sweet reminders that, in the eyes of God, we are all children — innocent, full of joy and love. If we let them, children will show us the way back to our true selves. They will lead us to the happiness and peace we seek.
In short, children are magic. They are why a pregnant woman glows. She is filled with promise, hope, and the Divinity of the Universe. It is why the passing world will stop and smile at a pregnant woman, touch her belly, and maybe ask her when she’s due, or how she’s feeling, or if she knows whether she’s going to have a boy or girl. The expecting mother will smile back and usually say something like, “Oh, it doesn’t matter, as long as the child is healthy.”
Healthy is a tricky word. It is a label we often put on someone else, one that makes us think of other labels, like good or bad, happy or sad, right or wrong. And of course, we all wish for healthy children. It is only natural. No parent (or adult) wants to see a child struggle to walk, hear, talk, see, or be able to function in the same way as other children. We’d like to hope our children will fit in and be accepted like everyone else.
And, yet, it is a fact of life that all across the world, there are children with varying degrees of disabilities. And if you’re being honest with yourself, you may even admit to watching them with a tinge of sadness, or perhaps even looking away, as if the Universe made a mistake. Maybe you look upon them with gratitude that your child is different.
It is human nature. But, make no mistake about it; it is not our Divine nature. Our Divine nature sees no difference. Sees no mistake. Sees only love.
A child may be disabled and have to struggle in one way or another, but so do we all, at least at some point in our lives. It is inevitable. It comes with being in a physical body. Sometimes this struggle will be invisible; sometimes, it won’t be. Either way, it doesn’t matter.
Our lesson is simple: in order for us to live from our Divine Self, we need to see from the viewpoint of our Divine Self. Ask any parent who has a child with a disability, and they will undoubtedly tell you they only have one wish — that their child is treated like everyone else. What they are saying is, they want you to see their child as God sees their child. With love.
And herein lies the secret of a spiritual life. We must begin to see that we are all the same. The trappings of our physical bodies are an illusion.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t always seem that way. We have been taught from an early age to only see what makes us different — the color of our skin, our nationality, our religion, the size of our bank accounts, the degree of education we have, or the abilities we possess (or don’t possess). When we only think of our differences, it’s easy to put our children into neat little boxes and start comparing how one child is different from another and then, even worse, to label those differences as good or bad.
As I travel from country to country, I have met children with all different kinds of abilities (and disabilities). I have held them close in my arms, and here is what I have found:
If we allow ourselves to get close to all children, on our knees even, and look them straight in the eyes with an open heart, we will see for ourselves that there are no mistakes. We will see that all children, regardless of their abilities, want the same thing — to laugh and be silly, to feel joy and connection, to smile, to hug, to feel like they belong. They want to be happy. To know peace. To find God.
And do you know what else they want? They want to reach out and make you happy as well.
In short, they want to be like every other child of God.
Remember, God doesn’t give special kids to special parents. He takes ordinary, imperfect people, and gifts them with his greatest treasures. And therein, he creates special parents.

Overcome the fear of death with Ho'oponopono
I probably donât need to tell you about the crazy times weâre living in, but I will tell you this, our biggest enemy is not the Coronavirus, it is the fear and anxiety that goes along with that virus. Itâs fear of the unknown, and yes, death.
Death is our biggest fear, and it is a fear which prevents us from finding peace, joy, and the full and abundant life we deserve. I am here with a simple message:Â we must overcome our fears before they infect our body and spirit, then spread to those around us. Fear is the real virus. And weâd be wise to remember that fear can only live in darkness.
But, worry not, because in this weekâs illuminating Q&A, I am going to put a spotlight on the fear of death, so that we may once again come out of the dark and rejoice in the beauty and magic of life.
Remember, the entire world is made up of only two things:Â energy and matter. In physics, we learn that neither matter nor energy (the only two realities known to man) can be created nor destroyed. It is simple science, but with an important spiritual lesson for us all:Â we are not our bodies. We can be transformed but never destroyed.
And if neither energy nor matter can be destroyed, life cannot be destroyed. In other words, death is not the end, but a transition to a new beginning, where we will transform from caterpillars into the butterflyâs we always wereâeternal sparks of Divinity, one with the Universe.
Join me for this monthâs Q&A and let me help you come face to face with your fears so that you may see them as the great illusions they are. Let me help you overcome your fear of all the unknowns in your life, especially death, so that we may, once again, begin to live life deeply and with all the love it deserves.

Ho'oponopono cleaning in Las Vegas
In case you hadnât noticed, a lot is happening in 2020. The world is moving at lightning speed with challenges coming at us in all directions. It may seem overwhelming and exhausting. But let me tell you this, it is also a time for great transformationâshould you have the eyes to see and the courage to act. In fact, wonderful surprises are ahead (more on this in a second).
First, I want to tell you a story I love.
An old Cherokee is teaching his grandson about life. âA fight is going on inside me,â he said to the boy. âIt is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves. One is evilâhe is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.
The other wolf is goodâhe is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith. The same fight is going on inside youâ and inside every other person, too.â
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, âWhich wolf will win?â The old Cherokee replied, âThe one you feed.â
So, which wolf are you feeding? Are you living in the light of peace and joy, or are you giving in to your fear? Remember, the problem is never the problem. How we react to the problem is the problem. Fear is a weakness we cannot afford to engage, especially in these troubling times. This the time we must connect with our own Divinity and realize how powerful we are. This is the time to walk toward the light and truth.
And to make that a little easier for you, I am happy to announce my promised surprise! For the first time, I will be presenting my Ho‘oponopono seminar in Las Vegas, Nevada. Yes, Las Vegas! And, so all can enjoy, I will do it in English with translation to Spanish.
I hope you will come to this extraordinary city for a very special cleaning and transformation!
The Ho‘oponopono cleaning is very powerful, and as you know, whatever gets erased from you, gets erased from your family, relatives, and ancestorsâeverybody. It is no exaggeration to say that you will make a difference in your life and the planet?
There has never been a better time to begin looking at the world in a new way, with a fresh start, and with hope, joy, and the belief that we can change the world around us.
I hope you will come and join me on this Divine cleaning opportunity.
Come to Las Vegas and letâs make a difference together.
With love,

Ho'oponopono cleaning in Las Vegas
In case you hadn’t noticed, a lot is happening in 2020. The world is moving at lightning speed with challenges coming at us in all directions. It may seem overwhelming and exhausting. But let me tell you this, it is also a time for great transformation—should you have the eyes to see and the courage to act. In fact, wonderful surprises are ahead (more on this in a second).
First, I want to tell you a story I love.
An old Cherokee is teaching his grandson about life. “A fight is going on inside me,” he said to the boy. “It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves. One is evil—he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.
The other wolf is good—he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith. The same fight is going on inside you— and inside every other person, too.”
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, “Which wolf will win?” The old Cherokee replied, “The one you feed.”
The Ho‘oponopono cleaning is very powerful, and as you know, whatever gets erased from you, gets erased from your family, relatives, and ancestors—everybody. It is no exaggeration to say that you will make a difference in your life and the planet?
There has never been a better time to begin looking at the world in a new way, with a fresh start, and with hope, joy, and the belief that we can change the world around us.
I hope you will come and join me on this Divine cleaning opportunity.
Come to Las Vegas and let’s make a difference together.
With love,
