Ossama Khalaf is a neuroscientist who hung up his lab coat to pick up the pen. His research has taken him across six countries on four different continents. After earning his PhD from Switzerland's Brain Mind Institute at EPFL, he wrote 'Focused Mind' to help people reclaim their attention in an age of distraction.

Now, Ossama is channeling his academic experience into literary fiction. 'Flossing with Cajal,' his debut novel, follows a PhD student facing a mind-boggling crisis when knowledge starts mysteriously vanishing, a story born from his own years in neuroscience labs.

In his writings, Ossama brings scientific curiosity and storytelling passion to explore what makes us human.
