Craig received his AB from UC Berkeley, MBA from UCLA, ThM from Dallas Theological Seminary, and PhD in Systematic Theology from Westminster Theological Seminary. Two years after graduating from college, Craig's life was turned right-side up from a view of the infinite excellence of Jesus Christ as revealed in Scripture. He writes on various theological topics, including apologetics, the theology of Jonathan Edwards, the majesty and beauty of God, and the Christian life. Hello Dylan,

Thank you for your question, and many thanks for your interest in my writing. I generally write about the excellence of Christ, theological topics in general, and apologetics (with a presuppositional slant, drawing from Van Til, Schaeffer, et al). I am an avid reader of Jonathan Edwards, so I will often expound on his writings. God used Mr. Edwards in an amazing way, and his works are a huge blessing. A rare combination of piety and genius.

I noticed you are from the Denver area, my in-laws are from that area, a beautiful part of the country. Thanks again, Dylan, and may God richly bless all that you do as you serve Him! --Craig(less)

“The shouts of “Crucify!” came not from a lack of evidence, but from fickle hearts who feared the religious leaders and saw their conqueror of Rome under the power and punishment of Rome.”
Craig Biehl, God the Reason: How Infinite Excellence Gives Unbreakable Faith

“When we see how God’s perfections relate to every aspect of our life and thinking, the seemingly unrelated aspects of the world become part of a marvelous picture of God’s purpose and works.”
Craig Biehl, God the Reason: How Infinite Excellence Gives Unbreakable Faith

“When our every sin cries, “Crucify!” and our indifference cries, “Barabbas!” why should anything good happen to us? We stand by God's grace.”
Craig Biehl, God the Reason: How Infinite Excellence Gives Unbreakable Faith

“The line between insignificance, despair, and eternal death on the one side and significance, joy, and eternal life on the other is drawn for us in the first four words of Scripture, ‘In the beginning God.”
Craig Biehl, God the Reason: How Infinite Excellence Gives Unbreakable Faith

“To properly know ourselves we must know the God who made us. To properly live in the world, we must know Him who owns, orders, and sustains it.”

“The uniform laws of nature are no more than how God orders the various aspects of the universe in a particular manner for a particular time.”
Craig Biehl, God the Reason: How Infinite Excellence Gives Unbreakable Faith

“If we lack a moral anchor beyond personal preference and the culture that surrounds us, we will become a mere pawn in the tyranny of someone else’s pursuit of power and pleasure—the prevailing winds will drive us where we never dreamed we would go.”
