EMILY C. A. SNYDER has been inventing stories since they were old enough to babble, and writing them down since they were old enough to dictate. Snyder is a novelist, playwright, and academic whose work spans fantasy fiction, gothic satire, and classical theatre. They are the author of the Celtic-inspired "Twelve Kingdoms" novels, the Jane Austenesque "Nachtsturm Castle: A Gothic Austin Satire," and Shakespearean epic plays, including "Cupid and Psyche." “What could she have done? She was a heroine, and with that came certain obligations.”
Emily C.A. Snyder, Nachtstürm Castle: A Gothic Austen Novel

“Such a narrative as this demands some sort of physical consolation for its spiritual tribulation. Our heroine received it in one last cup of tea. The reader may be advised to do so likewise.”
Emily C.A. Snyder, Nachtstürm Castle: A Gothic Austen Novel
