I'm a professor of social work at the University of Cincinnati and specialize in mental health and suicide prevention (if you need a mental health sensitivity reader, I'm your gal).

I am the author of The Dying Five (A Hospice Heroes Mystery) series- cozy mysteries in which folks in hospice spend their final months solving crimes.
I have also published The Pleasure Company under the pen name Samantha Gor. The Pleasure Company creates a world where sexual freedom is combined with sex positivity and is a unique twist on contemporary romance, with enemies-to-rejection-to-acceptance-to-lovers trope and eventually close proximity.

I live in Indiana with my husband and enjoy the outdoors: hiking, biking, and kayaking. I'm a weekend warrior writer. ...more
