Nicole Frankel is an author and mother of three. She has a degree in Economics and is the founder and CEO of Yum Actually, a company that makes healthy, nutritious ice cream for kids.

Nicole’s time with her children inspire her stories and she hope that young readers will come away from her books happier and more confident. She has dealt with back-to-school jitter and believes that Monday Laugh will be resourceful to parents of children who dread Mondays.

Nicole loves to spend time with her family, read, bake, and rock climb. She currently lives in New York City with her family.
