Neva Bryan was born in Kentucky and raised in Virginia.

Neva has received more than 15 writing prizes, including a James Still Award for Poetry.

Her poems and short fiction are published in literary journals throughout the South. Her latest poetry publication will be a piece in the book We All Live Downstream, an anthology to be published by Motes Books of Louisville.

St. Peter’s Monsters, a tale of romantic suspense, is her debut novel.

She graduated from the University of Virginia and earned her Master of Professional Writing from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, Pa.
