Debbie Cohen is a California-based journalist and novelist.

She became an Indie author with the publication of her first book, Keeper of the Scale, available through Amazon as both an e-book and paperback, and through Barnes and Noble and various online bookstores.

A member of the Authors Guild, she is thrilled to announce that her second book, a Young Adult/New Adult Contemporary novel, is in the works!

Why Spring Makes Me Happy

In the spring, anything seems possible ...

With spring just around the corner, I am especially excited to have joined a cohort of children/young adult novelists accepted into a new Author's Guild Launchpad Pilot Program for Book Marketing and Publicity!

My new book, a Young Adult Contemporary, will be out by the summer, and learning how to reach more readers couldn't have come at a better time.
