Never listen to anyone who says y…moreThe advice writers give can sometimes be valuable but it's more important to find your own way to tell your stories. Never listen to anyone who says you have to follow 'rules' about writing. There are rules about grammar that you need to know, but no rules about how to write.

Some people go to university to study writing, others just hit the keyboard! Neither is 'better' they are just different approaches. Personally, I have no qualifications at all.(less)
