Before pretending to be a writer, David Barclay spent almost 30 years working in IT. He spent over 7 years working on his debut novel, a work of humorous fiction - a description that he is 50% willing to stand behind - thus achieving the equivalent of fewer than 30 words per day, allowing each individual word to be carefully crafted in a labour of love that was certain to produce a masterpiece of literature.
