Every Small Thing Is A Reflection of the Whole

Bella Akhmadulina

Poetry Time Reading = Big Yay

Last night was the last NYC stop of the Time Travel through the Cosmos Tour. Ben Fama was charming and awesome as usual. James Copeland mesmerized the place with his poems and visual / musical accompaniment. And before the poems there were two bands -- Gem Club and Holy Spirits, and they were fantastic, reevaluate your life good.

And we won a cement head. The head did the introductions last

Some things that happened in November:
1. New poems in Sixth Finch.
2. Dad turns 55. 
3. Yardmeter reading with Ben Fama and Phil Provance, Chapter and Verse reading with Michelle Taransky and Jacob Russell, Visitng Writers Series reading with Michael Earl Craig (followed by a feast at Dara Wier's house).

September snipped by. A student said, "You have book called Pink Panther!"
As It Ought To Be featured "Electrocardiogram" and "Small and Private Tragedies" in their Saturday Poetry Series. Today there are poems by Carl Adamshick that are cool gems!
