Looking for smart reviewers....

I am looking to get 20 reviews of my novel Me and Mrs. Jones on Amazon. I am willing to get 20 people a FREE PDF of my novel if they will agree to review it.

The genre is literary fiction.

Here is the description:
If you're interested email me.

In David Haight's second novel, Me and Mrs. Jones, Haight movingly portrays a man and a woman’s heartbreaking attempts to stay together against impossible odds. Jack Amsterdam rockets down an East River highway, drunk, away from an incomplete novel and failing marriage thinking only of escape. Under the control of her ruthless mother, in a dead marriage and caring for her drug addicted brother, Cassidy Lowell's life has ended at 32. At least that's what it feels like until she discovers that her husband is cheating on her. Packing her car she heads for California and a long lost love. Responding to little more than the instinct for survival, Jack and Cassidy take flight until in the early morning hours on an abandoned highway the struggling writer and fiery mother crash into one another altering their lives and haunting them forever.

William Faulkner and different forms of writing

I've been thinking about something Faulkner once said. I remember he once said that poetry was the hardest to write, followed by short stories, with novels being the "easiest". Now that I have written in all three genres I have a new appreciation for his statement. Although I am not sure if I agree completely. They all have such different things going on: in a novel you have to worry about an entire world, plot on a large scale, continuity, etc whereas in a short story you have to do everything in a quick way or you will lose the reader - it has to have an immediate lasting impact - and in a poem you need to be able to capture a moment very quickly and in a precise way with the image being the most important. I can still recall images from poems by Rilke but not necessarily what they were about.(Well in most cases unless you're writing narrative poetry.) Does anyone else think that Faulkner was right? Wrong?

Short stories

Well I've been hard at work on my short story collection now that Me and Mrs Jones is finished. Between work and marketing MMJ it hasn't been easy! But I have really enjoyed working in this form. It's been a great change of pace after working on a novel for half a decade. I know I want 15 stories - following the model set by Joyce and Hemingway - and I know which stories will open and close.
