What is Writers Block?
The inability being able to produce new work or the condition in which your writing juice stops flowing.
Writers block?
I use to cringe when this happens to me in the middle of me writing a scene in my book, blog, or an article. If you’ve ever have writers block then you understand all too well what I am talking about. That was until I learned these little secrets. Here are 6 tips that might help you to get your creative juices flowing in the right direction again.
What to do about it?
1. Go for a walk (yes, take a leisurely stroll. You’ll be amazed at how much this simple exercise helps to get your creative juices flowing).
2. Start working on something else. (If you are working on several things at one time. Go work on the other stuff you have going on. Sometimes ideas pop into your head when you least expecting them.
3. Listen to music (Jazz & Classical music does wonders for my creativity. Find out what music works for you).
4. Meditate
5. Jot things down (To be a successful writer you always need to have a writing pad close by. With today’s technology that could be your smartphone, iPad, or some kind of tablet that have a note app on it).
6. Pray (I left this tip last but it’s definitely not the last thing that you should do, because you should pray about everything you do. Prayer has been a Major part of my success).
I sincerely hope that what I have shared with you will help you now or in the future should you ever have the misfortune of experiencing Writers Block.
