As an author, I write across genres, including romance adventures with a supernatural twist, crime thrillers, and mindfulness self-help books with a spiritual flair. I’m a trauma therapist based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and my fiction reflects how my characters deal with difficult challenges. Themes of trauma and healing, along with elements of love, humor, and humanity, are layered throughout my books.

I am inspired daily by the strength and courage that my clients and others bring to their lives. Most people don’t realize how brave they really are.

When I’m not writing or working with clients, you may find me tending my ten-foot-tall houseplants or yelling at my favorite football players to “Run the other way!”
