A sixth-generation native of Livingston County, Missouri, Brenda Anderson O’Halloran is a researcher, genealogist, and writer specializing in local history. Her books include A DUTY SANCTIONED, Building St. Columban Church 1879, published in 2017, and LIVINGSTON COUNTY (Images of America) 2023, co-written with Kirsten Mouton. Brenda enjoys researching and writing about local families and giving presentations about Livingston County history. She is hard at work on The Andersons of Fairview Township and The Andersons of Monroe Township, history books about her family that came to America in the 1730s.
