Joining the Goodreads community
As an investigative reporter and author I am thrilled to be a part of this magnificent community. My fourth book for HarperCollins, "Deal With The Devil," formerly known as "SIX SIX SIX" will be published July 2nd and I'm very excited, not only because it's been six years coming but because it's been very well received so far. We got a starred review in Publisher's Weekly and in last week's edition they did a Q&A with me that can be accessed here: http://peterlance.com/wordpress/?p=2090
Now I could use your help. I'm just getting up to speed and have added some material to my author profile but I'm having trouble adding a title -- a new edition of my first novel "First Degree Burn" which is available as trade paperback and ebook: http://www.amazon.com/First-Degree-Bu...
Also I tried offering ten (10) copies of "Deal With The Devil" as a Giveaway but when I tried to enter the data -- because (I guess) it has the same ISBN number as SIX SIX SIX, that old title popped up.
So on the eve of my national book tour I'm finding myself rather cyber inept and offer this first blog as a plea for help. :-) If any of you good Goodreads devotees can give me some quick advice on how to skin those two cats -- Oh yes, the third "cat" is removing SIX SIX SIX from my list of books -- I would be very, very grateful.
In fact I'll send anyone who can get me some quick help a signed first edition of their book of choice from my list.
Further, I'd like to offer all of my books as Giveaways.
So let me know what you think.
Also, just over a year ago on June 18th, 2012 when my new Wordpress website was launched I wrote my first blog. I had hoped to write at least one a week but we all know that adage about the best laid plans...

I hate bullies. I consider it my duty as a reporter to ferret out waste, corruption and malfeasance in government. I celebrate whistle blowers.
