About me...I write about people—they fascinate me. Wherever I go, I listen, I engage and I write. These experiences are the substance of great characters. We are all intrigued by fascinating characters.

Let me tell you a little about CUTTING OF HARP STRINGS: a novel. It is Literary Fiction and I've been told that it is for "the thoughtful reader" I appreciate that.

It was AMAZON's #1 New Release in Teen & Young Adult Literature & Fiction - January 2022

--a brief description--

Eli's life is in limbo. He's searching for a sense of peace but can't seem to find it. That all changes when he returns many years later to the place where he first met Aiden. The two are polar opposites, but despite their differences, a strong friendship blossoms. A fri

I find that most folks I know have left their imagination behind them as they mover step by step through every year, when in fact, they should be cultivating and growing their imagination--it's not just for our 9 year old self.

When "creating " a character, a writer has an empty canvas to work with and that's exciting. Who is this person? Where did they come from? What did they eat for breakfast? What's going on in their head? Who are they like me? Or not like me? Believe me, it's not only fun, but it gives your brain a good workout. Yeah, our imagination is so important whether we're a writer or not. (less)

When Elias travels to an underworld to save his friend, little does he know that he will use his new powers he learns from the mystic, Tas, to save his friend and conquer the "conveyor of evil" and an unhinged world.

Can't say too much, but although it obviously follows Book I, I have written both stories to stand along. I hope to share this new story in the spring or summer of 2018. (less)
