Cinnamon Chip Biscotti #giveaway & #recipe Kim Davis

KIM DAVIS: It's the first of December and in my kitchen that means COOKIES! Ever since my granddaughters started preschool (oh so many years ago) my favorite holiday tradition of baking cookies for their teachers started. By the time my special needs granddaughter reached 7th grade, she alone had about 50 people (teachers, aides, therapists, volunteers, etc.) who deserved to be recognized

Chicken and Broccoli Casserole #Recipe Peg Cochran/Margaret Loudon

This was quick and easy especially since I started with a rotisserie chicken.  It was also granddaughter approved!  I imagine you could use some of the leftover Thanksgiving turkey for this and it would be equally good and I don't see why you couldn't switch up the type of cheese if desired. I did not broil this at the end as the recipe says because I'd used my Pyrex baking

Bread and Pork Sausage Stuffing #ThanksgivingRecipe @LeslieKarst

The word “stuffing” is technicallysupposed to be used only when it’s actually stuffed in the turkey’scavity, and “dressing” for when it’s cooked outside of thebird. But my family always called it stuffing whether inside orout—likely to avoid confusion with the “dressing” for asalad—even though we always have made it in a separate casserole, since it tends to get soggy

Ang Pompano: Hi Everyone, I’m really pleased to be here today with my first Spotlight piece for Mystery Lovers’ Kitchen. I joined the blog back in June, but this is my first time taking center stage for a couple of days.
