If you’ve ever had a child that has battled anxiety you know the struggle is long and exhausting.  My own family has dealt with this issue for several years now and for us, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) has been a Godsend.  I created this story to be a positive light for little ones who get anxious or afraid.

It seems like only yesterday that we were doing a reading at the Chattahoochee Nature Center and seeing some real owls in action.  We absolutely fell in love with owls while reading about them when we wrote this rhyming holiday tale.  This book is beautifully illustrated and we are so excited to have it featured by Bookbub on December 9th.
